Location Shoot in Old Sacramento October 2017.
My model is the lovely and talented Desiree. We meandered through Old Sacramento just stopping wherever it looked interesting. We were so blessed a few times to be able to shoot in a normally closed location and also with some beautiful trained dogs whose owners just happened to be strolling around too!
Old Sac is filled with interesting backdrops such as this gorgeous red-brick wall.
And here we have the adorable dancing poodles! All dressed up for Halloween as well. We spent awhile just watching as these pooches danced and twirled along the boardwalk for us.
Then our group was invited to shoot inside the theater of Laughs Unlimited Comedy Club! There was a band playing and one of the managers asked if we wouldn't mind taking some photos with/of the band and then they said we could shoot because their was no comedy show until later.
Next we moved down to the other end of the cobblestone street. This location is near the Railroad Museum, but I found this wall of bars really cool to shoot.
This next one is my favorite. I just love drama! In photography at least.
Next we shot on the railroad tracks themselves. We didn't have long to get very many poses before we were told to get off the tracks. :-(
Cathi Hall joined Desiree for our last photo.
